Housing & Meal Plans

Participants have the option to stay on-campus at one of Emory's dorms, or opt for the commuter plan. All meal plans cover meals from dinner on the first day to breakfast on the final day. Commuter plans do not include breakfast, so participants should plan to make their own arrangements. Dietary accommodations can be requested.
On-Campus Dormitory Plans:
  • Full Week Housing & Meals (Single Room) – $595
    Includes single dormitory accommodation and all meals for the full week.
  • Full Week Housing & Meals (Shared Room) – $535
    Includes shared dormitory accommodation and all meals for the full week. 
Commuter Plan (Full Week):
  • $250
    Includes Lunch and Dinner meals and university parking fees during the festival (participants not staying on-campus).
3-Day Housing & Meal Plans:
  • Housing and Meals (On-Campus) - $365
*Participants planning to arrive a night early will be charged a pro-rated fee of $65 per night.

    • 1 Private Lesson (45 minutes)

*Additional lessons can be added for $85 each (add up to 4 lessons )

Teacher Requests & Assignments

After completing your deposit, you’ll be asked to complete a Participant Registration Form (sent via email after deposit confirmation). In it, you will be asked to submit preferences for teacher and master class assignments (3 options each). Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis in the order that registration forms are received. 

Payment Process & Timeline

To secure your spot, please follow these steps:
  1. Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to reserve your place. (Deposit link below)
  2. Registration Form: After submitting your deposit, you will receive a Participant Registration Form (sent via email after deposit confirmation).  Please complete it as soon as possible! You will not be asked to pay immediately after completing. 
  3. Invoices: After reviewing your application, we will send out invoices for the tuition, housing, meal plans, and lesson plans selected. Please review and follow the payments schedule below. ​​​​
​​ Remaining Balances:
  • Registration & Lesson Package Balance due by June 1st
  • Housing & Meal Plan Balance due by June 8th*
*All remaining balances must be paid before the end of the day on Day 1. Failure to do so can result in disqualification from competitions, lessons, and masterclasses. 

Flying in? 

Flight Arrivals & Departures
  • Recommended Flight Arrivals:
    Between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 20th.
  • Recommended Flight Departures:
    Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 27th.
Airport Shuttle Service
Participants flying in for the festival can request to be picked up by our staff for $20. Shuttle services will only be available for flights during the recommended arrival and departure times. Participants arriving outside these hours will need to arrange their own transportation to campus. NO EXCEPTIONS

Covid-19 Safety and Policies

The health and safety of all participants are our priority. While we will take all necessary precautions, please note that guidelines may evolve based on the ongoing situation. If any changes affect the event, we will inform participants as quickly as possible. Should the event be canceled, refunds will be provided.​

This is for a 1 day registration for the IET Festival. Please tell us which day(s) you plan to attend. (up to 2)

Registration includes access to masterclasses, lectures, and any scheduled lessons you may sign up for, as well as lunch. Access to vendors and exhibit halls will only apply to Friday and Saturday registrations.
